Tessiture in Bloom<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

A Virtual Reality (VR) experience exploring storytelling, spatial design, and music as catalysts for emotional transformation by Quinn Carrick (Director \/ Project Manager); Zach Heller (Lead Engineer), Midori Davis (Writer \/ Composer), Jaret Benson (3D Modeler), Evan Leyden (Lead Designer), Autumn Pierce (UX UI Designer\/ Composer), Maya Gibbs (Level Designer \/ Composer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Programming a Method for Documenting NetProv<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Programming a Method for Documenting NetProv <\/em>by James Lesperance. This project was awarded the Research Fellowship in April2024 and produced in open Web languages; the project provides a method for documenting Netprov performances as data visualizations. It was applied to Rob Wittig’s Grace, Wit, and Charm<\/em> and can be viewed at The NEXT<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Faculty Spotlight<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Faculty member Jacob Riddle currently has work being exhibited in Euphoria Starts Now<\/em>, a group exhibition featuring 25 artists from the 2024 Open AIR MT Artist Residency<\/a>. The exhibition will be on view at Bob\u2019s Your Uncle in Missoula<\/a> as part of Open AIR\u2019s annual group show, celebrating diverse artistic voices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Congratulations to Professor Dene Grigar on her inspiring TEDxTalk, “Making the Real Virtual and the Virtual Real,” presented on March 8. Her work continues to push the boundaries of digital storytelling and electronic literature, offering new insights into the evolving relationship between physical and virtual experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
