DTC Independent Study & Application Form
To register for DTC 499: Independent Study students must complete the linked form.
Once the application is complete, you will receive an email from the DTC Advisor confirming your registration for the Independent Study course. Note: you cannot bypass this process and enroll yourself in DTC 499.
Completed applications that are received after the 30th day of the semester will not be accepted.
In order to receive credit for the Independent Study students are required to complete a midterm check in report as well as a final report. These check-ins revolve around the Professional Development requirements for DTC students. You can get more information about these requirements here.
